1. About Australian Med AI

Australian Med AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an Australian, clinician‑led organisation providing educational content only related to artificial intelligence in healthcare.

All Services are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

2. Platform Use – Shopify

Australian Med AI delivers and sells its Services through the Shopify e‑commerce platform.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The website, checkout, and content delivery infrastructure are hosted and operated by Shopify Inc.

  • Australian Med AI does not control Shopify’s platform availability, uptime, performance, security controls, or technical functionality

  • Any disruption, outage, error, or data issue arising from Shopify’s platform does not constitute a breach by Australian Med AI

Your use of the Services is also subject to Shopify’s own terms, policies, and acceptable use requirements.

3. Payments and Online Payment Providers

Payments for Services are processed via third‑party online payment platforms, which may include (but are not limited to) Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or other providers enabled through Shopify.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Australian Med AI does not operate, control, or manage payment platforms

  • Payment processors may apply additional fees, currency conversion charges, banking fees, or transaction costs outside the knowledge or control of Australian Med AI

  • Australian Med AI is not responsible for any fees, charges, delays, failed transactions, chargebacks, or disputes initiated by payment providers or financial institutions

Any payment dispute must be raised directly with the relevant payment provider.

4. Educational Use Only – No Medical Advice

All content provided by Australian Med AI, including lectures, videos, written materials, case examples, discussions, templates, and research summaries:

  • Is provided solely for general education

  • Does not constitute medical advice, clinical advice, legal advice, or professional services

  • Must not be used to diagnose, treat, or manage individual patients

You remain solely responsible for all clinical, professional, operational, and governance decisions.

5. No Reliance and Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Any reliance on the Services is entirely at your own risk

  • Australian Med AI makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability

  • Outcomes depend on local context, governance, professional judgement, and implementation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Australian Med AI:

  • Disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost, claim, or expense arising from:

    • Use of or reliance on the Services

    • Clinical, operational, legal, financial, or reputational outcomes

    • Decisions made based on lecture content or materials

Where liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Service or resupply of the Service.

7. No Guarantees or Endorsements

Australian Med AI does not guarantee:

  • Any clinical, safety, operational, or financial outcome

  • That AI tools or approaches discussed are appropriate for any specific setting

  • Compliance with your local policies, laws, or professional obligations

References to third‑party tools or technologies do not constitute endorsement.

  • Access is individual and non‑transferable

  • Login credentials must not be shared

  • We may suspend or terminate access for misuse without refund

9. Fees, Access Periods, and Refunds

  • Fees are disclosed at the time of purchase

  • Access periods are defined at enrolment

  • Refunds are governed by the stated refund policy and applicable law

  • Australian Med AI is not responsible for errors or delays caused by payment processors or Shopify

All content is owned by or licensed to Australian Med AI.
