1. Overview

Australian Med AI provides a combination of:

  • Digital educational services (including online lectures, courses, and event access), and

  • Physical products (where offered)

This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for each category.

2. Digital Products and Services (No Returns)

Digital products and services include, but are not limited to:

  • Online lecture series

  • Educational materials

  • Course enrolments

  • Access to scheduled educational events

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • Returns are not offered

  • There are no exchanges

  • Access to digital content cannot be returned once provided

  • Course enrolments and digital access are non‑transferable

3. Refunds for Digital Products and Services

Refunds for digital products and services are not guaranteed and are provided only where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Med AI does not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to attend a scheduled course or event

  • Failure to access, engage with, or complete educational materials

  • Dissatisfaction with content

  • Lack of perceived benefit or outcome

  • Scheduling conflicts, workload, or personal circumstances

Once digital access has been granted, the service is considered delivered.

4. One‑Day Intensive Courses

For one‑day intensive courses:

  • Enrolment grants access to a specific scheduled educational event

  • Failure to attend does not entitle the participant to a refund

  • Any refund eligibility will be stated explicitly at the time of enrolment

  • Australian Med AI reserves the right to refuse refunds where reasonable notice is not provided

5. Physical Products (Where Offered)

Where Australian Med AI offers physical products:

  • Returns are accepted only if required by Australian Consumer Law

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging (where applicable)

Return requests must be submitted via the Contact Us page before any item is returned.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Physical Products

If a physical product is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged in transit

  • Not as described

  • Incorrectly supplied

You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Proof of purchase may be required.

7. Shipping and Return Costs (Physical Products)

  • Return shipping costs for physical products are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable, unless required by law

8. Payments, Shopify, and Third‑Party Fees

Payments are processed via the Shopify platform and third‑party payment providers, including (but not limited to) Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

You acknowledge that:

  • Australian Med AI does not control payment platforms

  • Payment providers may apply additional fees, transaction charges, currency conversion fees, or banking fees

  • Such fees may be applied outside the knowledge or control of Australian Med AI

  • Australian Med AI is not responsible for payment processor fees, deductions, delays, or failed transactions

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Third‑party fees may not be recoverable.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Australian Med AI may, at its sole discretion, consider refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Cancellation of a course by Australian Med AI

  • Significant service failure directly attributable to Australian Med AI

Any refund or credit:

  • Is discretionary

  • Does not establish a precedent

  • May be subject to administrative deductions

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by law.

Where a consumer guarantee applies, Australian Med AI’s liability is limited to:

  • Resupplying the service or product, or

  • The amount paid for the service or product

11. Changes to This Policy

Australian Med AI may update or modify this Refund & Returns Policy at any time, without notice.

Continued use of our services or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
