Shipping Policy (Physical Products)

Where Australian Med AI offers physical products, the following routine shipping terms apply:

  • Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout

  • Estimated shipping timeframes, costs, and methods are displayed at the time of purchase

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, or factors outside the control of Australian Med AI

Australian Med AI:

  • Does not guarantee delivery dates

  • Is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services

  • Is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once handed to the carrier, except where required by Australian Consumer Law

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a physical product is returned to Australian Med AI due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Failure to collect the item

  • Failed delivery attempts

Australian Med AI may, at its discretion:

  • Require payment of additional shipping fees to resend the item, or

  • Cancel the order and issue a refund less any shipping and administrative costs, where permitted by law

Relationship to Refunds

Shipping costs are non‑refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law or where a physical product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
